Jobtailor in Vienna is seeking an outbound sales professional to own the top of the funnel for Talentir’s fintech payout infrastructure. You will drive 50–80 touches daily across phone, email and LinkedIn, and book meetings with CFOs, COOs and Heads of Finance.

Qualifikationen

• B2B outbound sales experience with meetings/pipeline created from scratch.
• Comfortable making cold calls to strangers and CFOs.
• Able to sustain 50–80 touches per day across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Competitive and motivated by targets, leaderboards and commissions.
• Coachable; willing to review calls to improve performance.
• Fluent English on the phone and in concise emails.
• 0–3 years in sales or performance-oriented fields.
• German is a strong nice-to-have.
• Experience selling fintech, payments or B2B SaaS is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own the top of the outbound sales funnel for Talentir’s fintech payout infrastructure.
• Conduct 50–80 daily outreach attempts across phone, email and LinkedIn, with cold calls as the core activity.
• Book meetings with CFOs, COOs and Heads of Finance.
• Build, clean and prioritize target account lists using AI research.
• Provide warm handovers to the Account Executive.
• Join discovery calls for sourced deals.
• Develop the outbound playbook as the first dedicated top-of-funnel hire.
