Zusammenfassung

Talentir is building a global payouts platform and seeks an energetic outbound sales contributor. You will generate meetings with finance leaders, maintain a high-volume cadence, and drive top-of-funnel activity to create pipeline. You will work closely with founders and senior AEs to learn and scale the outbound playbook.

You will thrive on a fast-paced environment, embrace coaching, and leverage AI-assisted research to prioritize accounts. A willingness to operate across borders is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B outbound sales experience with meetings or pipeline from scratch.
• Willingness to cold call high-level buyers (CFO/COO).
• Ability to maintain 50–80 touches per day and sustain energy.
• Strong English for phone and email; German a real edge for DACH.

Aufgaben

• Make 50–80 gross reach-outs per day via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Book meetings with real buyers and develop pipeline that closes.
• Own a target list, enrich with AI and dial with precision.
• Hand off warm opportunities to the AE and learn the full sales cycle.
• Help shape the playbook as the first dedicated top-of-funnel hire.
