KJUS is seeking a Sales Representative Austria to drive growth across ski, golf and lifestyle channels from Parndorf. The role reports to the President and requires travel within Austria and neighboring markets, with hybrid working conditions in a showpiece Austrian market.

You will build relationships with retailers, manage showrooms, and lead initiatives to grow brand presence while coordinating with our global sales and marketing teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales with travel for work.
• Knowledge of golf and ski; lifestyle retailer familiarity a plus.
• Excellent English and German; additional languages a bonus.
• Proficient in office software and modern communication tools.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute company strategy across ski, golf and lifestyle categories in Austria with the President.
• Manage key accounts, drive sales, retain clients, and acquire new customers.
• Oversee Austrian market budget with President, including sales and cost planning.
• Strengthen brand equity and awareness in Austria; educate staff on products.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-through; monitor market trends and coordinate with international teams.
• Support store retail projects, showroom merchandise and showrooms in Austria.
• Assist in supporting other Mainland Europe markets as needed.
