KJUS seeks a Sales Representative for Austria to drive strategy across ski, golf, and lifestyle channels in Parndorf and beyond. You will lead key accounts, coordinate with store and e-commerce teams, and own Austrian budget planning while strengthening brand presence.

You will educate client staff on KJUS products and monitor market trends, collaborating with international teams for rollout and showroom management. German and English fluency are essential.

• In-depth knowledge of office programs and great familiarity with modern means of communication.
• Very good command of English, German and any other languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute company strategy across all categories (ski, golf, lifestyle) and channels (retail, KJUS stores, e-commerce) within Austria in cooperation with the President.
• Responsible for key accounts and region.
• Drive sales activities, client retention initiatives and new client acquisitions together with sales representatives, KJUS store and e-com teams.
• Budget responsibility for Austrian market in cooperation with the President, incl. annual sales and cost planning.
• Strengthen brand equity and awareness within Austria.
• Active consulting and educating of client’s purchase & sales staff on KJUS products, including POS merchandising support.
• Analysis of sell-in & sell-through results across all categories and channels, including planning and executing of supporting actions in cooperation with the President
• Observation of international & local market trends including knowledge transfer and exchange within international sales, product and marketing teams.
• Support in planning and roll-out of KJUS store retail projects.
• Responsible for showrooms, including merchandise management.
• Support of other Mainland European markets (Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, etc.)
