KJUS is seeking a Sales Representative for Austria to lead strategy across ski, golf and lifestyle channels, working closely with the President to grow the Austrian market.

You will manage key accounts, drive sales, and coordinate with stores and e‑commerce teams, while strengthening brand presence and educating partners on KJUS products. This role involves travel and regional collaboration across Europe.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute company strategy across all categories and channels within Austria in cooperation with the President.
• Manage key accounts and the Austrian region.
• Drive sales activities, client retention, and new client acquisitions with sales reps, KJUS stores and e-com teams.
• Budget responsibility for the Austrian market in cooperation with the President, incl. annual sales and cost planning.
• Strengthen brand equity and awareness within Austria.
• Educate and consult client’s purchase and sales staff on KJUS products, including POS merchandising support.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-through across categories and channels, plan and execute actions with the President; monitor market trends.
• Support planning and rollout of KJUS store retail projects.
• Manage showrooms and merchandise planning.
• Support Mainland European markets (Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, etc.).
