KJUS in Austria seeks a Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our presence in the ski, golf, and lifestyle channels across Austria. You will report to the President and collaborate with regional teams to grow market share and strengthen brand equity.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience, a network among local retailers, and fluency in English and German. This role requires travel and a proactive, service‑oriented approach in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and willingness to travel.
• Existing network with ski, golf, lifestyle retailers.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Organized, proactive and service oriented.
• Strong knowledge of golf and ski preferred.
• Fluent English and German; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Austria sales strategy across ski, golf, lifestyle.
• Manage key accounts and regional coverage.
• Drive sales and client retention with store/e‑commerce teams.
• Budget responsibility for the Austrian market with the President.
• Strengthen brand equity in Austria.
• Educate clients and staff on KJUS products; support POS.
• Analyze sell‑in and sell‑through; coordinate actions.
• Monitor market trends and support international teams.
• Support showroom merchandise management.
• Assist other Mainland Europe markets.
