Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed banking education or apprenticeship is required.
• Nice to have higher banking or business administration studies.
• Experience supporting private banking clients is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, both written and spoken in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support CE-team members in developing and expanding client business.
• Independently manage daily tasks including customer appointments and follow-up.
• Interact with clients, handle account opening, compliance and correspondence.
• Process securities, FX, derivatives and payments accurately.
• Assist with office management tasks to relieve Relationship Managers.
• Organise and prepare client events with marketing, and attend select events.

Job Description

• Proactive and efficient support of our CE-team members in the development and expansion of our business with demanding high-net-worth private clients
• Independent and proactive handling of daily business including preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments
• Independent customer interaction (task management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
• Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions
• Independent assumption of organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Managers (m/f/d) (Office Management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
• Participation in the organisation and preparation of customer events (invitation process) in cooperation with marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer advisors (m/f/d)
• Optionally, there is the possibility to participate in internal projects

Requirements

• Completed A-level degree or apprenticeship in the field of banking is required
• Higher specialized education in banking or business administration is an advantage
• Experience in supporting private banking clients is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory framework conditions in the private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML etc.)
• Committed personality with a very high level of initiative
• Strong client orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
• Empathetic personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Fluent English and German skills as well as good written and spoken skills in Hungarian language are mandatory

For this position, the yearly starting gross salary is at least EUR 48.000,-. The specific salary classification is based on the individual qualification and the professional experience relevant to the position. The employment relationship is governed by the Collective Agreement for Employees of Banks and Bankers.
