LGT Bank Österreich, a branch of LGT Bank AG, in Vienna seeks a proactive CE-team support person to assist in expanding private banking with high-net-worth clients. You will manage appointments, handle customer interactions, and support compliance and account openings.

Fluency in English and German is mandatory, plus good Hungarian writing and speaking skills. The role offers an attractive benefits package and a modern office in Vienna's 1st district.

Qualifications

• Completed A-level degree or apprenticeship in banking.
• Higher specialized education in banking or business administration is an advantage.
• Experience in supporting private banking clients is an advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory framework conditions in private banking (MiFID, AML, cross-border rules).
• Strong client orientation and service orientation with high quality and reliability.
• Empathetic personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support CE-team in development and expansion of business with high-net-worth private clients.
• Prepare and follow up on customer and acquisition appointments.
• Interact with customers (task management, correspondence, account opening, compliance).
• Process orders in securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payments.
• Relieve Relationship Managers with office management tasks (agenda, presentations, correspondence).
• Assist in organizing customer events with marketing and participate in representative events with advisors.
• Optionally participate in internal projects.

Job Description

• Proactive and efficient support of our CE-team members in the development and expansion of our business with demanding high-net-worth private clients
• Independent and proactive handling of daily business including preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments
• Independent customer interaction (task management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
• Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions
• Independent assumption of organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Managers (m/f/d) (Office Management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
• Participation in the organisation and preparation of customer events (invitation process) in cooperation with marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer advisors (m/f/d)
• Optionally, there is the possibility to participate in internal projects

Requirements

• Completed A-level degree or apprenticeship in the field of banking is required
• Higher specialized education in banking or business administration is an advantage
• Experience in supporting private banking clients is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory framework conditions in the private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML etc.)
• Committed personality with a very high level of initiative
• Strong client orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
• Empathetic personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Fluent English and German skills as well as good written and spoken skills in Hungarian language are mandatory

For this position, the yearly starting gross salary is at least EUR 48.000,-. The specific salary classification is based on the individual qualification and the professional experience relevant to the position. Additional voluntary benefits or variable remuneration are gladly pointed out in a personal conversation. The employment relationship is governed by the Collective Agreement for Employees of Banks and Bankers.
