• Execute application support at ZEISS refractive laser customers (training and product support) in Austria and Southeastern Europe with focus on customer satisfaction and volume increase of treatment packs
• Take our customers through trainings at demo installations and new installations in cooperation with our Area Sales Managers and Field Service Engineers
• Handle customer problems and complaints in a timely and process-orientated manner
• Help to maximize the refractive laser market potential by cooperation with sales and service activities

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in refractive or medical field (e.g. technical support or application) and relevant sales support experience in company-like environment or similar markets
• Experience in working in the operating room (or regular presence), ideally in the field of refractive surgery or another medical field
• Customer orientation with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• High resilience and advanced time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in German and English language
• High willingness to travel in Austria and Southeastern Europe
