Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in refractive or medical field.
• Experience in working in the operating room, preferably in refractive surgery.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute application support at refractive laser customers.
• Take customers through trainings at installations.
• Handle customer complaints timely and process-oriented.
