Zusammenfassung

BRUSA Elektronik AG is seeking an experienced engineer to drive customer integration and validation of power electronics products (OBC, BDC, GIC). You will serve as the technical interface to customers, coordinate troubleshooting, and perform system-level debugging across hardware, software and CAN interfaces.

The role requires a degree in EE/Automotive/Mechatronics with 3–5 years in automotive or power electronics, knowledge of EV architectures and high-voltage applications, and hands-on lab

• Create technical reports and validation documentation with focus on quality.
• Collaborate with Software, System and Hardware engineering teams.

What you will move in this role:

• Support and drive customer integration and validation activities for BRUSA power electronics products (OBC, BDC and GIC)
• Act as a technical interface to customers, supporting project discussions, commissioning and troubleshooting activities
• Perform system-level debugging across hardware, software and communication interfaces, including CAN analysis
• Plan and execute laboratory and vehicle-level validation activities, ensuring reliable product performance
• Create technical reports, validation documentation and application notes with a strong focus on quality and traceability
• Collaborate closely with Software, System and HardwareEngineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What skills and experience you should bring:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive, power electronics or a similar engineering environment
• Solid understanding of power electronics systems, automotive communication protocols (CAN/J1939) and high-voltage applications
• Hands‑on experience in debugging, root‑cause analysis, laboratory testing and measurement techniques
• Knowledge of EV architectures, charging systems and engineering tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe or similar solutions is an advantage
• Structured and solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
