Qualifikationen

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Several years of embedded systems development experience in system engineering, software, FPGA, hardware, or power electronics.
• Good understanding of power electronics, control systems, modulation methods, and real-time hardware/software interaction.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, or similar modeling tools; SysML/System Composer is a plus.
• Solid understanding of embedded software concepts including C, CAN, and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262 automotive development processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of power conversion features end-to-end from requirements to verification.
• Design and define control functions, modulation concepts, fault reactions, and system behavior.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, FPGA, and test engineers for seamless integration.
• Create and maintain system requirements, architectures, interfaces, and behavioral models.
• Drive simulation, testing and validation from virtual models to real-world verification in HV lab.
• Ensure traceability, documentation quality, and automotive process compliance (ASPICE/ISO 26262).
• Represent system perspective to stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
