Your Responsibilities

• Development and creation of circuit diagrams and electrical schematics for devices and systems in the automotive, medical technology and industrial sectors


• Selection, dimensioning and design of electrical components and systems in compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations


• Creation of system diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs) and wiring tables for customer‑specific solutions


• Collaboration with mechanical design (3D CAD) and hardware‑related software development


• Performance of simulations and EMC optimizations


• Responsibility for the planning, documentation and analysis of tests and measurements


• Support during commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems


• Execution and documentation of hardware tests, including the use of systems for safety analyses, creation of test scenarios, as well as simulation and validation

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an automation technician or electronics technician, or alternatively a degree in electrical engineering (BSc preferred)


• Experience in electrical design with a focus on circuit and schematic development


• Proficiency in E-CAD systems (preferably Eplan E3 or EPLAN)


• Knowledge of the selection and design of electrical components as well as the application of relevant standards and directives (e.g. Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive)


• Experience in conducting and analyzing hardware tests, including SISTEMA, simulations and test reports


• Programming knowledge (e.g. C++, Python, Lua) is an advantage


• Experience with real-time embedded control systems and testing of mechatronic systems is an advantage


• Experience with 3D CAD (Creo, Inventor) is an advantage
