BRUSA Elektronik AG is seeking a Finance & Controlling professional to lead group-wide reporting, consolidation standards, and the internal control system. The role involves advising group companies on accounting topics and producing insightful variance analyses for management decisions.

You will participate in planning processes and support budgets and forecasts while driving standardisation and automation across intercompany settlements. Strong German and English skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in finance and controlling or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and consolidation, plus executive reporting experience.
• Structured, analytical, and able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operations.

• Lead group-wide reporting and consolidation standards and drive their optimisation.
• Advise group companies on accounting and reporting topics.
• Own the internal control system (ICS) within finance, ensure documentation and effectiveness, and continuously develop it to meet governance requirements.
• Prepare standardised variance analyses and meaningful ad hoc reports for key management decisions.
• Participate in group-wide planning processes and support budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Drive standardisation, automation, and improved intercompany settlements in accounting and controlling processes.

What you will move in this role

• You are responsible for the group-wide reporting and consolidation standards, implement them in day-to-day operations and actively drive their continuous optimisation
• You support and advise our group companies on accounting and reporting topics
• You will be responsible for the internal control system (ICS) within the finance function, ensuring its documentation and effectiveness, and continuously developing it in line with compliance and governance requirements
• You prepare standardised variance analyses and meaningful ad hoc reports, thereby providing key decision-making insights for our management
• You participate in group-wide planning processes and support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic financial plans
• You play an active role in shaping the further development of accounting and controlling processes and drive forward standardisation, automation and the optimisation of intercompany settlements

What skills and experience you should bring

• You have successfully completed a degree in finance and controlling, or have qualified as an expert in accounting and controlling
• You have at least 5 years professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing company
• You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and consolidation, as well as experience in executive reporting
• You are keen to take on responsibility, play an active role and drive matters forward independently
• You are characterised by a structured and analytical approach to your work and enjoy combining strategic thinking with active involvement in day-to-day operations
• You communicate confidently in German and English (both spoken and written)
