Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
• Proficiency in German (B2-C1 onward) and fluent English.
• Knowledge of receptionist programs such as Opera and Protel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Managing reservations and providing accurate information about the hotel and its services.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
