Job summary

Wienerberger AG in Vienna is forming an Integration & AI team. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will build and operate scalable enterprise AI platforms to enable global business to develop, deploy and govern AI-powered solutions across markets.

You will work with AI Champions, business experts and IT teams to turn use cases into secure, production-ready AI solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, building and implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-native development (Azure preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
• Translate business use cases into practical, scalable AI solutions.
• Drive AI solutions from proof of concept to production.
• Support AI platform governance, security and responsible AI practices.
• Develop and deploy AI applications using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Design RAG architectures using enterprise data and knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and servers.
• Define solution architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop reusable AI components, accelerators and templates.
• Collaborate with global AI Champions and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate developers, technical specialists and external partners.

AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Build and operate scalable enterpriseAI platforms and solutions
• Workclosely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translatebusiness use cases into practical, scalable AI solutions
• Drive AI solutions from proof of concept to production, aligning technical and business stakeholders
• Support AI platform governance,security and responsible AI practices
• Develop and deploy AIapplications using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and relatedtechnologies
• Design RAG architectures usingenterprise data and knowledge sources
• Integrate AI solutions withenterprise applications through APIs, MCP servers and other technologies
• Define solution architectures, provide hands-onengineering guidance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecturestandards
• Develop reusable AI components,accelerators, templates and services
• Collaborate with global AIChampions, business teams, security and architecture
• Coordinate developers, technical specialistsand external technology partners, driving alignment and effective delivery

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science, IT or a related field
• Experience in software development and/orsolution architecture
• Experience working in complex, internationalorganizations, with an understanding of cross-functional collaboration andcorporate IT structures
• Strong communication and stakeholder managementskills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, translate business needsand communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Hands-on experience designing, building andimplementing AI solutions within enterprise environments
• Programming skills in Python,JavaScript, Java or similar
• Solid understanding ofcloud-native development (preferably Azure)
• Experience with Azure DevOps,Terraform, serverless functions or similar technologies
• Practical experience withMicrosoft AI technologies, ideally including Azure AI Foundry andCopilot Studio
• Understanding of RAG, APIs, AIapplication architecture and system integration
• Experience coordinating and collaborating withvendors, external technology partners and cross-functional product teams

Our Offer

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.338,58 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
