Swissquote is seeking a Product Engineer to build AI-powered solutions for its Customer Care Center, combining strong software engineering with a product mindset to deliver practical, inhouse AI capabilities.

You will design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend services to user experience and monitoring, working with Customer Care and Sales teams to modernize legacy solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing production-grade software applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and modern software development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development through spec driven development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking.
• Experience in CRM / Customer Care applications is a strong advantage.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain AI generated-code applications using coding agents such as ClaudeCode.
• Integrate with other components of Swissquote ecosystem such as Genesys and micro service architecture into production environments.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to deliver impactful and straight to the point solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements expected in a regulated financial environment.
