Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking a Product Engineer to build AI-powered solutions for its Customer Care Center, combining strong software engineering with a product mindset to deliver practical, inhouse AI capabilities.

You will design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend services to user experience and monitoring, working with Customer Care and Sales teams to modernize legacy solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing production-grade software applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and modern software development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development through spec driven development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking.
• Experience in CRM / Customer Care applications is a strong advantage.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus.

The team mission

The team mission is to develop & maintain the new Customer Care Center Application for Swissquote agents, together with the different banking services (cards, payments & transfer) that Swissquote clients use on a daily basis.

About the Role

We are looking for aProduct Engineerwho combines strong software engineering skills with a product mindset to build AI-powered solutions for our customers and employees.

Working closely with Customer Care and Sales Business teams, you will help transform our legacy solutions through practical and reliable inhouse AI solutions.
