Hamilton AG is seeking a skilled AI-focused product professional to define and drive AI integration across its portfolio. You will translate customer needs into AI-enabled features and work with global teams on development from concept to launch.

The role requires deep ML knowledge, data-driven product thinking, and strong communication across engineering, science, and commercial groups. German fluency is mandatory, with English for international collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools and translating AI capabilities into workflows.
• Strong understanding of data-driven products and software ecosystems.
• Fluent German is mandatory; strong English for international collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the AI integration into the portfolio across the product range.
• Identify customer needs and value drivers with Machine Learning and translate into requirements and roadmaps for new features, products and services.
• Drive AI initiatives from early concept to implementation through all development stages.
• Work closely with Product Management and R&D in Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the United States.
• Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor enabling product teams to integrate AI without owning individual products.
