BLP Digital is seeking a versatile professional to lead end-to-end ERP automation implementations, combining business and tech insights. You will drive customer outcomes, maximize automation rates, and turn AI initiatives into measurable success.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers in a fast-paced environment, owning projects from kickoff to adoption while delivering value across industries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in consulting, implementation, automation, or project management.
• Strong project management with multi-project handling.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English; strong client communication.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on P2P or O2C process experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end from requirements to delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to adapt the system to customers’ processes and ensure integration.
• Be the client’s trusted partner and maximize the platform’s potential.
• Work with sales to design implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate feedback into long-term improvements to evolve our platform.
