TeamViewer is building the Agentic Ecosystem to enable AI-native enterprise software that lets AI agents understand context, discover tools, invoke capabilities, and perform governed actions across TeamViewer products and connected third‑party systems.

The team defines reference architectures for MCP servers/clients, tool catalogues, memory, and orchestration while establishing evaluation and observability. You will mentor engineers and document architecture for engineers and agents.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with complex architectures.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills; deep knowledge of distributed systems.
• Experience designing and delivering agentic systems and enterprise AI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Own the architecture of TeamViewer’s agentic platform, including MCP servers/clients, tool use, retrieval, memory, orchestration, and governed actions.
• Define reference architecture for MCP servers, tool catalogues, context assembly, memory, orchestration, and trust boundaries.
• Establish evaluation and observability discipline; define quality criteria and guide architectural decisions.
• Set positions on model choice, routing, cost governance, and production reliability.
• Design safety architecture with security partners and ensure auditability and risk controls.
• Mentor senior engineers and maintain clear architecture documentation.
