Tieto Tech Consulting is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement AI-enabled workflows in a cloud-driven environment. You will lead agentic AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Azure services, driving real business value for clients.

You will own architecture decisions, build enterprise-grade AI solutions, and collaborate with customers to shape engagements. Strong German/English communication and mentoring duties are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in production
• Practical work with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents or GenAI)
• Proficient Python with testing, APIs and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of cloud-based AI architectures (Azure preferred)
• Solid data integration concepts and data engineering awareness
• Structured, quality-focused approach to evaluating systems

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents and workflows for concrete business problems
• Own applied AI solutions from architecture decisions to code quality
• Develop enterprise-grade AI on modern platforms, mainly Azure
• Set up scalable environments for agentic workloads (GenAIOps, CI/CD, observability)
• Work with customer data landscapes, pipelines, data quality and access controls
• Integrate AI into clients’ IT landscapes and ensure smooth handover
• Support pre-sales with technical scoping and effort estimates
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth
