Badger Meter Austria GmbH in Vienna is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and simple ad hoc analyses in controlling. You will ensure data accuracy to support timely finance reporting and collaborate with tax authorities as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, formal training in bookkeeping and strong MS Office skills, with knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central as a plus and fluent German with good English.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
• Successfully completed professional training in accounting, bookkeeping and controlling.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• User knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good English skills.

Aufgaben

• Independent tasks in Accounting with focus on accounts receivable, asset accounting, bank and closing activities.
• Communication interface to the Austrian tax office and processing of FinanzOnline (UVA, ZM, BUMI).
• Data maintenance and support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to UGB.
• Simple controlling tasks and ad-hoc analyses.
• Responsible for administration and reports in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
