PESCM is a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. Our state-of-the-art, 28,000 sq. ft. veterinary hospital is staffed around the clock with talented emergency and specialty doctors and support positions such as veterinary technicians, client service representatives, pharmacy technicians and more. Our leadership team is a core group of long-term employees, promoted from within, who have a combined 50+ years of PESCM experience.Our team culture is highly focused on learning and development, and we wear the badge of teaching hospital proudly. We are uniquely collaborative and familial in that coaching and mentorship are key to who we are. PESCM has 15 exam rooms, 16 treatment tables and 5 surgery suites. The hospital is equipped with sophisticated surgical facilities and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities, including HallmarqMRI, 128-slice CT and two x-ray units (with horizontal beam capabilities), all with the support of our in-house radiologist.

PESCM is part of the Veritas Veterinary Partners (Veritas) network of emergency and specialty animal hospitals. How you'll make a difference:

• Under direction from our Medical Director, there is abundant opportunity to create a flexible schedule which will allow for almost limitless professional growth. Responsibilities include mentoring support staff and intern doctors, providing counsel to the other specialists, and collaborating with the referring veterinarian community.

What you will bring:

• As our Boarded or Residency Trained Neurologist, you will have a deep passion for client education and empathy, as well as a strong interest and belief in an evidence-based clinical approach. You will thrive in and foster an environment of collaboration, support for the individual as well as the entire hospital team, and patient welfare. As a key contributor to our Neurology service, you will possess an unwavering commitment to the highest level of quality medicine as well as client service. *Four weekdays, (flexible)

Benefits and Compensation:

• Highly competitive salary based on experience – our Specialists can expect to make $275,000 – $350,000 / year with additional production
