A leading engineering firm is looking for a Sales Development Representative to work remotely, helping drive growth in the solar sector. This role entails generating and qualifying new business opportunities and collaborating with engineering teams. Candidates must have a hunter mentality, be self-motivated, and hold 1-2 years of experience in B2B business development. Advanced English and fluent Spanish are required. The firm offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and professional development opportunities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative (BDR). You will serve as the front line of the sales engine, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities across the company’s core practice areas.
You will proactively conduct outreach to potential clients using a multi-channel approach, identify their project needs, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. By collaborating closely with engineering and leadership teams, you will help refine value propositions and pave the way for closing deals that support the client’s strategic growth.
