Senior AI Consulting Lead
Job summary
A leading AI solutions company in Argentina is seeking an experienced AI Consultant to drive AI initiatives for clients. You will collaborate with sales teams to identify needs, design AI roadmaps, and lead proof-of-concepts involving Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on AI/ML experience and strong communication skills. This position offers competitive USD-based compensation, mentorship opportunities, and flexibility in work schedule.

- 5+ years of AI/ML experience with proven delivery of solutions.
- Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI models.
- Experience building predictive modeling pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives.
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality and ability to kickstart projects.
- Upper-Intermediate English level required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to identify client needs and shape AI offerings.
- Define AI roadmaps and translate business needs into solutions.
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI.
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI implementations.
- Contribute to proposals and documentation for AI initiatives.
- Evangelize AI capabilities through writing and mentoring.
