An innovative EdTech company is seeking an E-Payment Solutions Representative to support Sales Operations and Finance teams. This role involves handling transaction issues, managing refunds, and supporting sales on e-payment methods. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, be tech-savvy, and fluent in English. Knowledge of Hebrew, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus. The position is remote and requires flexibility to work across time zones, as well as a strong home-office setup.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Handle declines, failed transactions, and chargeback disputes.
  • Manage customer refunds and recurring payments.
  • Support the sales team on e-payment methods and oversee shift operations.
  • Conduct sales completion calls when needed.
  • Research and test new e-payment solutions.
  • Monitor transactions end-to-end.

We’re looking for an E-Payment Solutions Representative to support our Sales Operations and Finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, tech-savviness, and the ability to work across time zones.

Remote | Freelance | English + (Hebrew / Spanish / Portuguese)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle declines, failed transactions, and chargeback disputes.
  • Manage customer refunds and recurring payments.
  • Support the sales team on e-payment methods and oversee shift operations.
  • Conduct sales completion calls when needed.
  • Research and test new e-payment solutions.
  • Work with PSPs, credit card companies, and financial institutions to resolve issues.
  • Monitor transactions end-to-end.
Finance & Operations
  • Issue invoices.
  • Perform bank / credit card reconciliations (daily / weekly / monthly).
  • Run revaluations and FX checks.
  • Work with SAP reports and support accounting processes.
Quality Assurance
  • Run Q.A. testing for payment methods (test flows, transactions, inconsistencies).
  • Report issues and coordinate fixes with tech / operations teams.
Compliance
  • Submit PCI-DSS SAQs annually for multiple providers.
  • Manage yearly KYC renewals with financial partners.
  • Experience in Finance-related roles.
  • Fluent English (Hebrew / Spanish / Portuguese – advantage).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, strong Excel (pivots / filters / reports – advantage).
  • SAP / ERP experience – advantage.
  • Excellent communication, service orientation, and problem-solving.
  • Able to work under pressure, including evenings / nights / weekends.
  • Flexible with time zones and workload.
  • Strong home-office setup : quiet space, Windows PC, webcam, headset, stable 20 Mbps+ internet.
  • Long-term availability.
