Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Operations Control Management – Vice President in Argentina to lead control frameworks, governance, and risk mitigation for Global Equities Operations.

You will partner with Audit, Compliance, and Technology teams to enhance operational controls and drive remediation using analytics. You will leverage tools like Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, and Xceptor to publish metrics, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions that strengthen risk culture and control

Qualifications

• Experience performing internal or external audits or risk reviews in financial services.
• Strong analytics: ability to extract and interpret large data sets with BI tools.
• Proven track record in identifying and remediating control gaps and root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders (VP/ED/MD level).

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive reviews and risk assessments to identify control gaps and emerging risks.
• Coordinate with Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory teams on incidents and remediation.
• Design risk mitigation strategies based on audits and risk reviews.
• Develop, analyze, and publish standardized control metrics using analytics tools.
• Drive remediation and risk mitigation programs with data-driven insights.
• Govern and report on control and risk initiatives with analytics and visualization.
• Implement technologies (e.g., Alteryx, Xceptor) to automate controls.
• Review significant change agendas to maintain controls integrity.
• Act as a first line of defense on the control agenda and advise on risk matters.
• Support internal and external audit engagements and regulatory reviews.
