Job summary

Mercor seeks a native Latin American Spanish voice actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America). This remote contract role requires 5–10 hours per week and pays $50–$150 per hour.

You will record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, follow recording guidelines, and deliver natural, expressive speech with consistent tone and pronunciation. Prior voice acting or dubbing experience is preferred, along with a pro setup.

Qualifications

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America.
• Experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America with the ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish .
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting .
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup .
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range .
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent. Your recordings will not be sold or reused outside of this specific use case.

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets .
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper .
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles like conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
