Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peru) to work remotely on a contract basis, 5–10 hours per week. You will record high-quality samples, deliver expressive Spanish per Peru dialect, and ensure consistent voice delivery across scripts, with strict adherence to guidelines and environment.

Ideal candidates are native Peruvian female Spanish speakers with experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or broadcasting and access to a pro recording setup.

Qualifications

• Native Peruvian female Spanish speaker based in Peru.
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Access to a professional recording setup (quality microphone, quiet environment, etc.).
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week.
• Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent; recordings will be used only for this project.

Position: Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peru) Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets

• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles (e.g., conversational, corporate, energetic, calm)
