Job summary

Mercor is seeking a native Latin American Spanish voice talent to support CX voice cloning projects on a remote, contract basis. Work 5–10 hours per week across diverse scripts, delivering natural, expressive voice artistry suitable for TTS and AI-driven applications.

Ideal candidates have a clear, neutral Spanish voice and access to a decent recording setup. Audio quality and reliability will be crucial for ongoing collaboration with Mercor's AI labs.

Qualifications

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America.
• Clear, natural, and expressive voice; prior voice acting, narration, or broadcast experience is a plus but not required.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery. Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent. Please only apply if you are okay with voice cloning.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.
