Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) on a contract basis. This remote role requires 5–10 hours per week and offers flexible scheduling.

You will record high-quality voice samples across scripts, delivering natural, expressive speech with precise pronunciation, intonation, and pacing, while following our recording guidelines. Your work may be used to clone your voice for a CX AI agent, with strict use-limits.

Qualifications

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America, speaks neutral Spanish.
• Clear, natural, expressive voice; prior voice acting or broadcasting is a plus but not required.
• Access to professional recording setup.
• Strong control of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Available for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Your voice may be cloned for the CX AI Agent; recordings will be used solely for this project.

Position: Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America with the ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish .
• A clear, natural, and expressive voice. Prior voice acting, narration, or broadcast experience is a plus but not required.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup .
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range .
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent. Please only apply if you are okay with voice cloning. Your recordings will not be sold or reused outside of this specific use case.

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets .
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity , Adobe Audition , or Reaper .
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles like conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
