Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peru). This remote contract role offers 5–10 hours per week to record high-quality samples across conversational, narrative, and instructional scripts. You should have native Peruvian Spanish, voice acting or related experience, a pro recording setup, and the ability to follow scripts precisely while delivering natural, expressive delivery. Voice cloning is required.

Qualifications

• Native Peruvian female Spanish speaker based in Peru.
• Proven voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting experience.
• Access to a professional recording setup (quality mic, quiet space, pop filter).
• Excellent diction, intonation, and broad emotional range.
• Willing to commit to 5–10 hours per week for the project duration.
• Consent to voice cloning for CX AI Agent.

Position: Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peru) Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts such as conversational, narrative, and instructional.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native Peruvian female Spanish speaker currently based in Peru
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup (quality microphone, quiet environment, pop filter, etc.)
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration
• [IMP]: Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent so please only apply if you are okay with voice cloning. Your recordings will not be sold or reused outside of this specific use case.

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
• Familiarity with audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity , Adobe Audition , Reaper )
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles (e.g., conversational, corporate, energetic, calm)
