Monks is seeking a Visual Product Designer to shape the visual direction of innovative digital products and experiences. You will translate opportunities into compelling experiences and collaborate with design leads, UX designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of product design experience, a strong visual craft, and comfort with ambiguity. You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and contribute to early-stage explorations and prototypes.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design or Visual Design for digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, concept development, and product thinking.
• Experience contributing to early-stage explorations, prototypes, or innovation-focused projects.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the visual direction and creative development of digital products, experiences, and prototypes.
• Explore multiple concepts before converging on a final solution.
• Translate briefs into tangible design concepts and UI explorations.
• Create mockups and prototypes that communicate a clear vision.
• Collaborate with UX, Motion, Engineers, and Design Leadership throughout the concepting process.
• Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Balance creativity with usability and product requirements.
• Present design rationale and behind-the-scenes thinking.
