Monks is seeking a Creative Designer to develop compelling visual content that brings brand identities to life across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms. You will join an innovative team delivering exceptional design experiences for clients as part of a three-month contractor engagement.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams and contribute to multi-channel design strategies.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across digital, print, social media, and web experiences.
• Proven proficiency with Figma.
• Strong conceptualization and ideation skills, including experience in modern web design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop brand-aligned visual concepts for digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences
• Research design trends and emerging technologies to introduce fresh perspectives into creative work
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Participate actively in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on stakeholder input
• Create assets that support digital marketing, social media, and web experiences
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams
• Other duties as assigned
