Monks is seeking a Visual Product Designer to shape the visual direction of digital products. You will explore concepts, translate briefs into compelling visual concepts, and create UI explorations, mockups, and prototypes for cross-functional teams including UX, Motion, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes strong visual craft, curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and design discovery.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Product/Visual Design for digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, concept development, and product thinking.
• Experience contributing to early-stage explorations, prototypes, or innovation projects.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the visual direction and creative development of digital products and prototypes.
• Explore multiple concepts and design approaches before converging on a final solution.
• Translate briefs into tangible design concepts and visual explorations.
• Create UI explorations, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate a vision.
• Collaborate with UX, Motion, Engineering, and Design Leadership throughout concepting.
• Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Balance creativity with usability, feasibility, and product requirements.
• Present design rationale and explain proposed directions.
• Stay informed about design trends, AI tools, and new interaction patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and visual exploration.
