EY is seeking a Production Specialist – Senior Associate to manage the virtual learning production workflow. You will coordinate technology setup, class flow, facilitator preparation, live classroom management, and post-class credit awarding in line with regulatory standards.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in Zoom preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills to execute the delivery of multiple classes.
• Brand ambassador for learning and EY resources.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient MS Office Skills (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Teams.
• Facilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the learning technology to deliver an exceptional experience for facilitators and learners in the virtual classroom.
• Provide feedback to facilitators regarding learning content and effectiveness of activities.
• Ability to instruct facilitators and learners on how to utilize features of the technology platform.
• Responsible for the accurate awarding of credit to learners and facilitators with regulatory compliance.
• Review and analyze reporting to verify attendance data and timely credit awarding.
• Troubleshoot live event technology and connectivity while maintaining professionalism.
• Escalates complex issues to Sr Production Specialist or Production Leaders.
