Latino Legends is seeking a Virtual Interior Designer to drive end-to-end interior design for high-end short-term rentals. The role focuses on translating virtual concepts into real-world spaces with a hospitality mindset and strong attention to brand standards.

The candidate will collaborate with a U.S. creative team during MST hours, manage design documentation, and ensure timely delivery of complete design packages for portfolio-driven projects.

Formación

• Experience designing for Airbnb, VRBO, boutique hotels, or STR properties.
• A portfolio showing a full-property project from start to finish.
• Proven photos of finished spaces, not just renderings.
• Ability to present boards alongside actual finished results, not only concepts.
• Links to active listings featuring your designs are a plus.
• Proficiency in industry tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop.

Payment: Semi-monthly

Schedule: Full-Time (U.S. Mountain Standard Time / MST hours)

We are currently recruiting a Virtual Interior Designer on behalf of our client—a fast-growing, U.S.-based interior design firm specializing in high-end short-term rental (STR) properties. They are known for creating stunning, functional, and revenue-generating spaces across North America, blending bold design aesthetics with seamless guest experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly creative Virtual Interior Designer to support smaller-scale design projects from concept to completion. In this fast-paced role, you will take full ownership of designing end-to-end residential spaces for short-term rental investment properties, ensuring every design aligns with the client’s established aesthetic, operational requirements, and brand standards.

This is a portfolio-focused position. We are looking for a designer with proven experience in the hospitality or short-term rental space who knows how to translate virtual concepts into gorgeous, real-world spaces.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End STR Design: Conceptualize and execute full-property interior design schemes tailored specifically for high-end short-term rentals and vacation properties.
• Design Execution & Documentation: Create comprehensive spatial layouts, 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, color palettes, and curated furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection packages.
• Concept to Reality Bridge: Ensure that initial concept boards translate accurately into real-world installations, accounting for durability, guest usability, scale, and budget.
• Sourcing & Specification: Select stylish, commercial-grade furniture and decor optimized for high-occupancy guest use and efficient shipping/assembly.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the U.S. creative team during MST working hours to review project timelines, incorporate feedback, and deliver reliable, high-quality design packages on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality / Short-Term Rental Experience: Direct, proven experience designing for Airbnb, VRBO, boutique hotels, or short-term rental properties.
• Full-Property Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating at least one full-property project designed from start to finish (single-room designs or standalone mood boards alone will not qualify).
• Real Completed Photos: Proven track record with high-quality photos of finished, real-world spaces—not just digital renderings, sketches, or 3D models.
• Concept vs. Reality Showcase: Ability to showcase design boards alongside photos of the actual finished product so the team can evaluate your vision-to-execution pipeline.
• Bonus: Live links to active Airbnb, VRBO, or hospitality listings featuring your completed interior designs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Studio Designer, or similar procurement platforms).
• Communication & Availability: Excellent professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to overlap fully during U.S. Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours.
