Latino Legends is recruiting a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect and scale end-to-end solutions across SDLC, including high-performance microsites and social media integrations. You will lead technical direction, enforce coding standards, and drive modern cloud-native development using .NET Core and Angular.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development experience at a Senior level.
• Backend Mastery: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Entity Framework; design robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Frontend Proficiency: TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular (v12+); component architecture, state management, performance.
• DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure (or AWS/GCP); CI/CD via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• AI-Forward Engineering: AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in daily workflow with security and code quality.
• Software Architecture: Design Patterns, SOLID, Unit Testing/TDD, Agile/SCRUM.
• Leadership & Mentorship: peer code reviews, best practices, cross-functional collaboration.

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 USD / month

Location: Remote from Latin America

Payment: Bi-weekly base payments

Schedule: Full-time (U.S. business hours overlap)

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for the IT and Marketing Technology teams. You won't just write code—you will architect and scale end-to-end solutions powering everything from high-performance microsites to complex delivery engines and social media integrations across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader with deep "under-the-hood" knowledge of full-stack ecosystems and a focus on software craftsmanship:

• Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience at a Senior level.

• Backend Mastery: Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, and Entity Framework. Strong experience designing robust RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Frontend Proficiency: Advanced skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular (v12+). Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and web performance optimization.

• DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure (or AWS/GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• AI-Forward Engineering: Fluent in using AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as part of your daily workflow to accelerate design, coding, testing, and reviews while maintaining strict standards for security and code quality.

• Software Architecture: Solid grasp of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Unit Testing/TDD, and Agile/SCRUM practices.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Comfortable running peer code reviews, establishing best practices, and collaborating across cross-functional, distributed teams.
