Founded in 2023, our in‑house architectural firm, Utopia Design, is at the heart of our mission to create a global portfolio of luxurious, high‑end hospitality destinations. As part of a growing real‑estate development group, Utopia Design brings bold vision and innovative thinking to every project we take on. We’re a young, ambitious team driven by creativity, excellence, and the belief that great design transforms the way people live, travel, and connect. From concept to completion, we’re reimagining what luxury means in today’s world—and we’re just getting started. If you’re passionate about design, architecture, and shaping the future of global hospitality, we invite you to grow with us.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and technically strong Landscape Architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will report to the Landscape Lead but collaborate with the entire design team, including architects, interior designers, CGI artists, MEP team, structural engineers, client representatives, and serve as a key point of contact for design problem‑solving, system integration, and detailing. You will be involved in projects across different climates and scales, applying strong technical knowledge of hardscape systems, planting strategies, grading, water management and landscape detailing.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver landscape design for high‑end hospitality, residential, and mixed‑use projects
  • Support concept development with the Landscape Lead (vision, spatial strategy, and experience)
  • Translate concepts into buildable, climate‑responsive solutions across scales
  • Develop layouts integrating hardscape, softscape, circulation, and outdoor functions
  • Produce planting plans, palettes, and specifications tailored to site conditions
  • Design hardscape systems (paving, materials, technical build‑ups)
  • Prepare grading, drainage coordination, and technical documentation (drawings, details)
  • Design planters, soil systems, and planting requirements
  • Advance projects from concept through detailed design
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, AOR, and CGI teams
  • Support construction phase with site responses and design updates
  • Research materials and planting; stay current with industry practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
  • 5–10 years of professional experience, including international projects
  • Background in high‑end low‑rise residential and hospitality (villas, hotels, resorts)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid experience in specifications, materials, and planting design
  • Technical expertise in hardscape detailing and planting plans/schedules
  • Ability to design across climates, site conditions, and project scales
  • Proven experience from concept through construction stages
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design/visualization tools
  • Professional English (written and spoken)
  • Portfolio required
What We Offer
  • A fully remote full‑time collaboration, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere
  • Opportunity to be a part of a world‑class, high‑performance team
  • Work on boutique hospitality and luxury residential projects
  • Collaboration with an international team
