Job summary

FireMinds Tech is seeking a VIP Account Management Team Lead to build, lead, and develop the VIP function across LATAM markets. The role blends team leadership, premium service, player retention, and performance analysis to deliver a high-quality VIP experience.

The ideal candidate has iGaming VIP experience, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach. Initially, the Lead will personally handle select VIP requests to set service standards and validate workflows.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership in VIP management or related function.
Previous iGaming VIP experience is mandatory.
Experience working directly with VIP/high-value players.
Upper-intermediate English or higher.
Strong understanding of player retention, reactivation, loyalty, and personalized service.
Experience with VIP performance metrics, segmentation, CRM systems, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, mentor, and support a team of VIP Account Managers.
Personally handle selected VIP requests and communications during the initial development stage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and High Value players.
Ensure timely, personalized communication via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Monitor team and portfolio performance and KPIs.
Develop engagement, retention, loyalty, and reactivation strategies.
Coordinate offers, bonuses, promotions, and service solutions based on player value.
Prepare regular reports on team performance and portfolio health.
