Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand and optimize LATAM affiliate partnerships for an international digital services client in the iGaming space. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliates and media partners while negotiating CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals to maximize ROI.

You will collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to drive performance, ensure brand compliance, and deliver regular insights to internal stakeholders, with a fully remote setup

Qualifications

3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, preferably in iGaming or performance marketing.
Strong network with LATAM affiliates and media partners.
Proven ability to negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Professional English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard LATAM affiliate partners.
Manage relationships with affiliates and media partners.
Monitor performance metrics (FTD, NGR, retention, traffic).
Collaborate with marketing/analytics to optimize campaigns.
Prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
