Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand and optimize partnerships across LATAM. You will recruit new affiliates, manage performance-based deals, and work with marketing and analytics teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Affiliate Management, preferably iGaming or performance marketing
• Strong LATAM market experience and networks with affiliates
• Ability to negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard LATAM affiliate partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnerships
• Monitor performance metrics (FTD, NGR, retention, traffic quality)
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns and ROI
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and optimization
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and policies
• Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
