CommandLink is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst for a fully remote role in Argentina. You will own the Quote Tool, load vendor data, and drive insights from platform data. Collaboration with Sales, Pricing, and the Dev team is essential as you manage onboarding and API integrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work, proactive information gathering, and a commercial mindset to support vendor relations and pricing decisions.

Formación

• Experience with Sales and/or purchasing/buyer functions; strong Excel skills.
• Hands-on, analytical profile: comfortable working directly with platform data, entering it into the system.
• Commercial mindset; comfortable talking to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive by nature; you go get information rather than waiting for it.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments; startup or high growth experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and building lists/zip codes to ensure complete, accurate vendor data.
• Acquire vendor information (lists, rate cards, API capabilities, contacts) and load into Platform, SharePoint, Quote Tool, and Contracts folder.
• Analyze platform data to identify trends, generate insights, build vendor scorecards, and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Pricing Analysts to shape regional strategy and onboarding.
• Work with Dev on vendor API onboarding and maintenance, test serviceability and pricing.
