Uber in Argentina is hiring an Argentina Merchant Operations Manager to drive merchant growth, optimize operations, and enhance the merchant experience across the country. You will partner with Territory and Commercial teams to derive insights from data and develop scalable strategies that improve delivery experiences.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in Merchant Operations, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Technology, Investment Banking, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building dashboards or performing deep data analysis.
• Excellent project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategy and drive execution of programs that accelerate merchant demand growth across monetized and non-monetized initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end program management across growth levers including Ads, Offers, Membership, Menu Optimization, Feed Quality, Storefront Optimization, Merchant Quality, and more.
• Build scalable playbooks, toolkits, and operational processes for consistent execution across the market.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives and improve internal tools.
