Tires Easy, a remote company based in Argentina, seeks a Business Operations Analyst to support strategic teams with execution and analysis across critical accounts. The role involves drafting communications, producing weekly presentations, and tracking commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Ideal candidates have a strong command of English, a quantitative degree, and 2–4 years of private-sector experience.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Availability to work full US business hours (PST)
• 2–4 years of full-time private sector experience with analytical output and professional written communication
• No disciplinary actions in the past 90 days

Responsabilidades

• Draft all written communications for the account lead — emails, formal responses, and internal updates
• Build and maintain weekly account presentations with data and executive narrative
• Monitor account performance metrics and surface anomalies or risks
• Track all open action items and commitments and drive them to closure
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting or call
• Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests and manage timelines
• Pull and analyze data from internal systems (BigQuery, dashboards) to answer business questions
• Maintain a log of all partner commitments, decisions, and status updates
