Command|Link is a global SaaS platform delivering network, voice services, and IT security solutions. We are seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to own the vendor data lifecycle, update the Quote Tool, and surface insights from platform data.

You will work with Sales, Pricing, and Dev teams, ensuring accuracy and timely information across systems. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a commercial mindset, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize vendor onboarding, pricing

Formación

• Experience with Sales and/or purchasing/buyer functions.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Analytical profile capable of working directly with platform data.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Quote Tool, rate cards, and building lists/zip codes with accurate vendor data.
• Load vendor information into Platform, SharePoint, Quote Tool, and Executed Contracts folder; keep quotes up to date.
• Analyze platform data to identify trends and KPIs; build vendor scorecards and report results.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Pricing Analysts to shape region strategies and vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate with Dev team on vendor API onboarding and maintenance; test pricing and integrations.
