YOFC MÉXICO is seeking a skilled procurement manager in Argentina. This role focuses on sourcing and managing vendors in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and fostering relationships with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least three years of experience in telecommunications. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing subcontractors and suppliers in Indonesia, including verification based on company procedures;
• Enquiry, commercial negotiation and bidding organization;
• Subcontractors evaluation, selection and agreement signing;
• Maintain relationship with subcontractor, no limited to subcontractor assessment, regular meeting, and high-level communication;
• PO and payment management;
• Complete procurement system and process formulation;
• Procurement team building; give work instruction to staff;
• Performs any related tasks given by manage

Job Requirements and Qualification

• Has a minimum Diploma degree in any major;
• Has a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a telecommunication company and managing vendors is a MUST;
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
