ExxonMobil in Argentina is seeking a Procurement professional to support the design and execution of basic contracting strategies within designated categories under supervision. You will help implement standard templates and processes to ensure value and compliance.

You will collaborate with internal clients and suppliers, contribute to the end-to-end Source to Pay lifecycle, and drive continuous improvements in contracting practices while delivering strong customer service.

Formación

We are Procurement. As a team of highly motivated and diverse professionals, we add value to the business by providing support to procurement professionals or end users (Business & Service Lines) which may include creating requisitions, services and goods confirmations, invoices administration, as well as creating and maintaining contracts for materials services and freight in SAP used by various business lines. Overall support to the end users in the different steps of the PtP (Purchase to Pay) process may be part of the role as well. Great customer service, and process & controls oriented mindset will be essential for day-to-day activities.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

Responsible for supporting the design and execution of basic, routine contracting strategies within specific categories, and under the supervision of more skilled practitioners (advanced, expert roles). This role provides expertise, training, and supports the integration of tools which ensure contracting best practices are understood and applied across the organization

• Is formally considered a Subject Matter Expert within assigned categories by peers or management
• Proposes and executes improvements to category contracting approach
• Drives improvements and formally trains others on category tools, processes, templates, and best practices
