MetLif in Argentina seeks a Vendor Management Governance Advisor to support the consistent adoption and execution of enterprise vendor management standards and governance requirements across regions and business areas.

You will collaborate across functions and countries while contributing to evolving vendor management capabilities, developing dashboards, scorecards and leadership reporting that translate data into actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Governance, Third Party Risk Management, Operations, Compliance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills to interpret governance policies and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to advise stakeholders across countries, functions and organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional guidance to Vendor Managers and stakeholders on standards and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor governance activities, performance trends and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reporting for actionable insights.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing to enable effective practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support governance initiatives and data quality.

TheVendor Management Governance Advisoris responsible for supporting the consistent adoption and execution of enterprise vendor management standards and governance requirements across assigned regions and business areas.

You will collaborate across functions and countries while contributing to the continued evolution of vendor management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regional guidance to Vendor Managers, Engagement Managers and business stakeholders on vendor management standards, segmentation, governance requirements and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor governance activities, vendor performance trends and adherence to enterprise standards, identifying risks, adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, metrics and leadership reporting that provide actionable insights into governance participation and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, coaching and knowledge-sharing activities that enable stakeholders to confidently apply vendor management practices.
• Partner with Procurement, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology and business teams to support governance initiatives, process improvements, automation and data quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Governance, Third Party Risk Management, Operations, Compliance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to interpret policies and governance requirements and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to advise stakeholders across countries, functions and organizational levels.

Ability to apply AI-enabled tools to support analysis, productivity, communication and decision-making, and improving day-to-day efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry, with knowledge of vendor management, supplier governance or third-party risk management practices.
• Experience supporting governance programs, reporting, operational controls, stakeholder training or enablement activities across global teams and regions.
• Portuguese language proficiency is nice to have.
